Girls generally outnumbered boys at camp, so two new cabins were built among the older structures. These cabins were popular for three reasons–they included showers in the bathroom, the floors were linoleum instead of concrete, and the bunks were built in so the mattresses rested on wood panels. Originally, this cabin had large picture windows on the front and screened windows along the side beneath the eaves. I’m guessing it was remodeled to accommodate air conditioning.
