Is it age or…?
The older I get, the slower my brain seems to work. I wish I could rattle off two and three stories a year like other writers. Apparently, I have it backwards, cranking out one story every two to three years. My brain just doesn’t have the RPM’s. In fact, I find it difficult to concentrate on much else when I’m writing my novel’s first draft.
Focus
For this reason, I’ll be taking a break from writing this blog. Instead, I’ll post some of the pictures I take, since that’s my other hobby. If a picture’s worth a thousand words, I should have my novel finished in…well, sooner than 80 weeks, I hope. I’ll check in occasionally with a progress report, but you might consider signing up for my monthly newsletter.
